For those which want to bring and use their laptops in Israel:

please equip with the suitable accessories: connector, adapter, etc

because apparently electrical plug and socket standards in Israel

differ from other countries.

Banking:

Bank “Hapoalim” is located in the front part of the

Zlotowski Student Center.

Israeli shekels could be obtained from cash machines.

Exchange rates: 1 US$ ~ 4.45, 1 euro ~ 5.65 (May 10, 2006)

Internet access:

Computer and Internet access facilities are available in the

Mathematics Department building:

1) in the seminar room -101,

2) on the ground floor near the secretary room,

3) on the second floor near the room 201.

A wireless access on campus works only in open spaces,

such as grass gardens between buildings. For the duration of the conference,

a wireless access will be arranged inside the seminar room, meaning

that it hopefully will work in the entire Mathematics Department building.

It will be available without any password.
