C^*-simplicity seminar Ical Atom

This is a learning seminar. The goal is to understand the results on C-simplicity of groups by Kennedy-Kalantar and other works. We will start by reviewing some theory of C-algebras. Then, we will learn operator systems and the important Arveson extension and Stinespring dilation theorems. The we will study injective envelopes in the category of operators systems. Lastly, we will try to understand the connection to Furstenberg boundary and C*-simplicity
