Ben-Gurion University of the Negev
May 21-24, 2012
The Department of Mathematics at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Be'er-Sheva, Israel, will host a conference that will bring together the community of Israeli operator theorists and algebraists as well as their colleagues from around the world. The main topics include: systems theory, C*-algebras, connections between function theory and operator theory, quantum dynamics and non-selfadjoint operator algebras.
The conference is supported by the following sources:
The Center for Advanced Studies in Mathematics of
Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (which has also supported a number of
previous workshops on operator and system theory; see 2001, 2003, 2005, 2008, 2007, 2010, 2010, 2011).
The Earl Katz Family Chair in Algebraic System Theory.
