What is allowed to bring to the exam: two A4 pages with formulas (written or typed on both sides) and a simple (non-graphic) calculator.

The Teaching Committee of the Math Dept suggested to avoid changes of the declared grading policy.

Hence the total cost of the midterms remains 20% (10 points for each midterm).

Prerequisites:  We assume this course students know elementary functions (trigonometric functions, exponentials, logarithms) and their properties.  Those who do not remember should return to these topics; we will also return to them but only briefly and recommend:
